My name is Veronica Carles. I was born raised in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to Seattle over 10 years ago to attend Seattle Pacific University where I majored in Nutritional Sciences. After graduation, I interned at Sea Mar Community Health Centers. I became a registered dietitian in 2011. I have been practicing for 10+ years of which the last 5 have been on my own private practice.
